Rhiannon has been an assistant coach with the College of the Rockies women’s volleyball program since 2016.
She started her volleyball playing career with the East Kootenay Volleyball Club. She was then recognized as one of the top 10 varsity recruits in BC. She decided to take her talents to Capilano University in North Vancouver, BC. She played for 4 years and was one of the top offensive players during her time. Unfortunately, she had some injuries that ended her playing career earlier than she envisioned. During her last year of school, where she eventually earned a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, she began her coaching career with the BCO club, and the Volleyball Canada Regional Excellence Program.
She now resides in her hometown of Kimberley and shares her volleyball knowledge with the student athletes of our women’s program.
